As an employee of The Discovery School you become part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to helping young teenage boys and girls make significant changes in their lives.  All staff members regardless of their position develop meaningful relationships with the students and serve as role models during their enrollment.

The most important and frequently recruited position at the school is the group counselor. These dedicated counselors become members of the group and go through the same struggles. The counselor is the most important person in the life of a student at the school. We work to keep this relationship as meaningful and consistent as possible.
